Pole Dance Challenge

At the beginning of every class, I pose a challenge to students. Throughout class, students are encouraged to participate in the challenge. Examples of challenges include: do every move in reverse, hold every move for 30 seconds, and stay on the pole for an entire song without touching the floor.

Pole Strength and Technique

This class is intended for advanced students only. Students are lead through strength drills to work on Iron X’s, deadlifts, and planches. Students will also work on drops, tumbles, catches, and re-grips.

Pole Choreography

Students learn floor work, improv and choreography. No previous dance or pole experience required. This class is intended for students wanting to put together a routine for performance or competition, or students who want to improve flow.

Absolute Beginner Pole Dance

This course is open to new students of any fitness or dance level:  you’ll work on pole tricks, floor work, choreography, strength, flexibility and improvisation. Students will learn how to climb, hold static pole poses, and complete basic spins.

Absolute Beginner Lyra/Aerial Hoop

This course introduces participants to the aerial hoop. Students will learn how to spin, sit, and mount the hoop. Students will also learn short sequences of choreography.

Pole Conditioning

Pole Conditioning prepares students to enter into any aerial or pole class by increasing muscles strength and endurance. Students will learn pole specific strength training exercises as well as off pole exercises to do at home.

I’m also available for private lessons in pole dancing, aerial hoop, and personal training. Contact me for more information.
